I was reading through Reddit’s r/waltdisneyworld when I saw the below thread: What is your favorite location in Disney?.
A lot of people mentioned various areas such as The Land in Epcot, Coronado Springs, and so forth. My favorite location in Walt Disney World is standing near the American pavilion in the World Showcase and looking across the lagoon to the Epcot globe. It’s an expansive feeling, looking at basically an entire theme park in one view, and it just makes me feel so relaxed and wonderful. Bonus points if you can get a table at the “outside” patio of Spice Road Table (the restaurant on the lagoon outside of the Morocco pavilion) – the view from there is so gorgeous, and the restaurant staff are so nice!
I spent much of today watching New Year’s Eve Eve fireworks from the Magic Kingdom stream by ResortTV1:
Such a beautiful view. I was in Disney World a few years ago for holiday celebrations, and I saw the MK fireworks from the Contemporary Resort’s outside staircases, on the A-Frame main building. If you can, another great place to view Magic Kingdom fireworks is to book a room in Bay Lake Tower with a theme park view. Both the Polynesian and Grand Floridian also have great views; I prefer the Contemporary for its higher vantage points.
